Salary is the important elements in the enterprise human resources development strategy,the goal is to pay in order to realize the strategic human resources goal, and ultimately help achieve its strategic objective, salary mechanism for companies is a double-edged sword, effective salary incentive mechanism can attract, retain and motivate talent, to the contrary,it is likely to bringing crisis for the enterprise. It is important to establish a scientific and reasonable salary management system, for the existence and development. Therefore, from the strategic reform and perfect the management and technical backbone, management backbone of salary incentive mechanism, to become the enterprise faces of the moment.Combining with the scholars with salary incentive mechanism and empirical study of the theory of the exploration, through the H company to compensation system of the present situation of the research and analysis, for H company salary incentive system innovation design puts forward the feasibility plan. The key of this paper studies reflects in the following aspects:First of all, according to H company salary system existing problems, and advances some concrete measures to optimize and improve; Secondly, according to the current situation, the use of reasonable and effective compensation system construction method, formulated the remuneration management system design of the specific project; Again, to ensure the smooth implementation of the salary system scheme, in people-oriented, science, on the basis of the rational, and formulated a plan implementation of supporting measures. From the Angle of the development strategy, the design scheme of the original involves a compensation system improvement Suggestions and solutions of the implementation of the measures, make the new salary system of external and internal fair competition both to adapt to the situation and tailored to the future development of the enterprise needs.
