Staff training is an important means of human resources development, and also the basic work of enterprise development. Currently, people with talent are highly respected by the society and knowledge is updated in an amazing speed. It is crucial for enterprises’ development to enrich employees by training. Staff-training is a job easier-said than done. The key step is to find suitable training methods.This article first to review and analysis the history and development status of foreign staff training theory, characteristics and inadequacy of the training conducted. It also explores the problem of staff training in our country. On the background of NBJAZ company, the author explores the construction of the company training system, especially the construction of staff skills training system for those manufacturing workers.The author believes that the training system should be set according to the employee requirement, including: New employee orientation which is based on the cultural guidance and belonging establishment. Aiming at the skills training features of the chemical production staff, this article focuses on the job skills matrix training system, including sorting the list of job skills, writing job training materials, determining the level of staff skills, making staff training plan, carrying out the plan and tracking the training effectiveness. Through the training above, the staff can learn in a targeted way, improve themselves continuously, and ultimately achieve the dual effect-- personal progress and company’s rapid development. |
