In the fierce market competition,more and more private enterprises gradually realize the importance of having a stable team of high-quality talents.The competition among enterprises in various forms and dimensions is ultimately the competition of human resources.The reserve and cultivation of talents have gradually become an important part of the development strategy management of enterprises.Effective staff training is one of the most powerful countermeasures to improve the level of human resources and the overall competitiveness of enterprises.So how to design or optimize a set of staff training system that can adapt to the actual development needs of the enterprise and the combination of personal growth has become an important subject worthy of research in the current private enterprises.This paper focuses on the optimization of the enterprise’s employee training system,and selects a regional company under the property management system of A real estate group as the representative to carry out A specific analysis.Its core content consists of three parts: the status quo of the existing employee training,the analysis of existing problems and their causes,and the optimization design of the training system according to the problems.Firstly,the training management status of A company is introduced from five aspects: training management system,training organizational structure,training instructor team,training course content and training process.Secondly,Based on the perspective of employee training effectiveness evaluation,this paper systematically analyzes the poor employee training effectiveness using literature research,survey research,qualitative analysis and other methods.The main problems are that the management system needs to be improved,the organizational structure is not scientific enough,the strength of the lecturer team is weak,the curriculum content is not reasonable,and the training management process is not standardized enough.Based on these problems,the reasons are analyzed..Finally,on this basis,the general idea of optimizing the design of employee training system of company A is clarified,and the new employee training system of company A is designed by combining relevant theoretical research and the experience of advanced property management company.This paper puts forward five Suggestions to optimize the training system: perfect the management system,perfect the organization system,optimize the lecturer system,construct the training course system and standardize the training process system.This paper also puts forward Suggestions on the safeguard measures in three aspects,such as strengthening the cultural concept of training,providing information technology support,and increasing the capital and logistics investment,so as to provide the implementation path and reference basis for the improvement of the company’s staff training.It is hoped that the research in this paper can optimize the company’s employee training system and provide some reference for the industry’s training practice in private enterprises.Future research should continue to explore on the large sample empirical study and multi-case analysis.
