With the development of globalization and market economy in China, more and more enterprises are getting to pay attention to the management of human resources. As the important part of human resources, enterprises employee training is to improve employee knowledge and skills, which will make employee more capable to have working achievement. The final purpose of employee training is to maximize the enterprise benefits, and increase its market competency and serve for the enterprise strategic goals. How to handle employee training and make it play an important role in the enterprise, which is the challenge the management need to face. The purpose of this paper is trying to solve this problem and build the training management system for the enterprise, such as the training needs identification, training plan making and implementation, training type and style choosing, and training effectiveness evaluation and the conversion of training to the practice. In the final part of the paper, we have studied the training procedure and operating methods of M company.The enterprises employee training management system that this paper have studied is starting from the identification of the employee training needs, which should align with the department goal and business strategic goal. Following the training needs, training plan is made according to the 5W1H principle that we need to make sure that training purpose, training attendee and instructor, training object, training time and duration, training location and how to deal with the teaching and learning. Those six items is the basement of the enterprise employee training. Training plan implementation is composed of training budget, training preparation and training control. Based on training plan we decide the training type and training style. Training type is including new employee orientation, on-the-job training and off-site training. Throughout the training conduction, it is very important to choose the appropriate training style. After the training we need conduct the training effectiveness evaluation, for those training with problem we need make adjustment till satisfication. As trainee, we need put what we learn into the practice, which is the training conversion. In the case application, we listed M company to study its training management system and training execution methods. |
