In recent years, the Creative services and Related industriestrade has become a new growth point of the global trade in services. Both developed and emerging countries have attached great importance to the development of Creative services and Related industries trade. In China, creative and related service trade development has made great progress, continues to expand the scale, rises the status in the world, but compared to the GDP of China in the world and the status of the creative good trade development,the Creative services and Related industries trade is still having a big gap and the development of the item is not balance.In this paper, I analyze the current situation of China’s creative and related service trade through the import and export data and proportion. Also I compared China and seven other countries’ creative and related service trade through the Trade Competitiveness Index(TC) and Relative Technological Sophistication Index with the latest statistics released by the UNCTAD. The results show: China’s creative and related service trade has a certain international competitiveness, but also in the continuous upgrading the status in the world, but the development of each item is not balanced.In the quantitative analysis, this paper selects several influenced factors to establish a time-series data model, through the relevant model to analysis, find out the main influenced factors of the creative and related service trade from import and export angles, from the empirical results: the AGDP, the imported(Technological)Sophistication Index of creative and related trade, Import trade scale of Creative products and Service openness are the main factors that influence the degree of the import of creative and related service. The main influence factors of export of creative and related service are AGDP, the exported(Technological)Sophistication Index of creative and related trade, the export trade scale of Creative products and the stock of human capital.Therefore, I come to the conclusion: China should improve the level of AGDP, and put Creative services and Related industries as a "strategic emerging industries" to give it the focus and priority development, at the same time we should strengthen understanding of the import and export markets,optimize the export structure, improve the level of the Creative services and Related industries,strengthen the training and the introduction of high-end talent of creative services industry, improve the Service openness of Creative services and Related industries, pay attention to the quality of service trade imports, also we should combine with the development of creative products trade to develop the creative and related service trade.
