In the modern enterprise management system, human resource management is an important content of human resource management is directly related to the development and success of the enterprise. Human Resource Management as a separate management system, including staff recruitment, performance appraisal, compensation management and a series of content, performance appraisal is an important way in which companies evaluate employee performance, the company’s human resource management plays an integral effect. For the Gansu Provincial Power Maintenance Company, the existing problems, the application of modern performance appraisal knowledge, technology, Gansu Provincial Power Maintenance Company to build a suitable performance management index system of enterprise development, to improve and perfect the entire performance appraisal system, will will play a larger role in promoting the development of enterprises.Firstly, the performance of the management status of Gansu Provincial Power Maintenance Company for analysis, and then to understand the satisfaction of current employees through performance management survey found that the current problems that exist in the performance management system, including the presence of specific performance management system is inconsistent with the strategic business performance management system is not the system, such as performance index is not reasonable; then combined with Gansu Provincial Power overhaul the company’s corporate strategy, the composition according to the theory of the four BSC content, from a financial, customer, internal process and learning and growth of four design aspects of the Balanced Scorecard performance indicators, including a total of14sub-indicators to fully reflect the effect of the work of the enterprise performance management, and calculate the weight of each index weights using AHP; order to ensure that the new index system to run, the authors also explore the evaluation system implementation process, from both management attention, organizational security, and other aspects of corporate culture gives safeguards assessment system implementation.This study for solving the Gansu Provincial Power Company overhaul the existing performance management issues has some significance, but also provide reference for the design of other electrical overhaul corporate performance management indicator system.
