Today, the international competition is becoming increasingly fierce, human resources have become the most fundamental innovation power source and the most important market competition advantage, the appropriate use of human resource management theory, and its business management strategy is a very important way to sustainable development of enterprises in China’s financial reform. Up to now, the Agricultural Development Bank in China has 21 years of development history, and its service network construction has been spread throughout the country, it has a very positive effect on ensuring food security, promoting urban and rural integration, modern agricultural development, increasing farmers’ income and improving living conditions. However, with the continuous changes in the external environment, the traditional management mode of agricultural development bank can not provide more power for its development, especially in the organization, the personnel age structure is unreasonable, the staff professional quality is low, it is difficult to attract new people, and it is difficult to retain the old man and other problems,This paper takes the human resources management of Agricultural Development Bank of China as the research object, and is divided into five parts:The first part mainly introduces the research background, the research significance, the domestic and foreign research trends, research methods and so on;The second part is the related concepts and theoretical basis, and also introduced the typical human resource management model in the United States and Japan;The third part mainly introduces the basic situation of human resource management in the Agricultural Development Bank of China, including the status quo of the personnel, the status quo of human resource management two major parts;The fourth part is the main external factors that affect the human resource management of Agricultural Development Bank of China;The fifth part is the main problems in the development of Agricultural Development Bank of China in the present stage;The sixth part is to improve the human resource management of Agricultural Development Bank of China.
