All the work of human resource management can be carried out only after the allocation of human resources is completed. At the same time, each module of human resource management includes staff recruitment, training and development, performance management, labor relations management, etc., and they are all carried out with rational allocation of human resources as the goal. Therefore, the importance and necessity of the study of human resource allocation is obvious.However, for a long time in the past, the theoretical research and specific cases in the aspect of human resource allocation are not centralized. They are only occasionally seen in the theories of recruitment allocation, internal flow management and other human resource management.The management activities related to human resource allocation such as work analysis, ability-based quality model, strategic planning of human resources exist as the basis and prerequisite of human resource allocation. But in most cases, they do not mention the association relationship or mutual matching with human resource allocation, either.First of all, this thesis starts from the connotation of human resource allocation, connects the connotations and basic theories of the activities related to human resource management, and analyzes the application status of human resource allocation in pharmaceutical enterprises as well as the common problems so as to make the theories of human resource allocation relatively concentrated and clear.Then, this thesis mainly takes J Pharmaceutical Sales Company (hereinafter referred to as "J company") as an example to carry out the optimization research on the human resource allocation of the company. At the beginning, it simply introduces the company’s operational business, development status, the organization structure of the company as well as the business model of the sales department, and conducts analysis in terms of the present situation of the allocation and reallocation of human resources as well as related activities so as to draw necessary conclusions of human resource quantity optimization allocation model of the company; then it conducts the optimization design of human resource quantity allocation and expounds the supporting measures and application effect evaluation of the optimization allocation model.In brief, this thesis starts from the basic proposition of human resource management, namely human resource allocation, introduces relevant theories into J company for theoretical analysis and practical discussion, through the analysis of human resource allocation of J company’s sales personnel, namely the first-line core talent team. It carries on thinking and research on the optimization allocation of the existing main problem, that is, quantity allocation of human resources so as to help J company to optimize human resource allocation, enhance organization effect and make J company or other similar enterprises keep calmer survival ability and improve stronger competitive ability in the era of big changes in the medical industry. This thesis is the thinking and exploration on the human resource allocation in pharmaceutical enterprises, through this research thesis and the application of the optimal allocation method in J company. It obviously enhances the scientificity, objectivity and rationality of the human resource allocation decisions of the company and produces fairly good benefits. At the same time, it will possess certain reference value and significance for the human resource allocation of all medical sales teams.
