Research On Risk Analysis And Prevention Of General Plastics Trading Enterprises

In recent years, the global commodity prices have been sluggish, general plastic market is experiencing severe decline, combined with China’s economic slowdown, large general plastic manufacturers continue to increase supply, weakness of downstream demand, international trade friction constantly, general plastic trade enterprise operating risk also increased accordingly. However, the risk awareness of common plastic trade enterprises in China is generally not strong, the insufficiency of risk prevention measures, all of these lead to the enterprise suffered some damage in the process of operation, and even affect the enterprise survival. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to carry out the risk analysis and risk assessment of the general plastic trade enterprise, and get the concrete risk prevention recommendations.This article first reviews the process of risk management, briefly introduces the contents and methods of risk analysis, risk evaluation and risk prevention, and makes a foundation for the construciong of general plastic trade enterprise management risk evaluation model. Secondly general plastic trade enterprise management risk can be divided into internal and external risk, internal risk based on the theory of factors of production, choose the capital, technology, labor, materials, entrepreneurs, information six secondary indexes, external risk based on the PEST analysis method, choose the political, economic, science and technology, social four secondary indexes, and made detailed for each secondary index connotation; Then select the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine index weight, choose the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for operating risk assessment; Finally,distal to the Petrochemical Co., Ltd. as an example for empirical analysis to verify the rationality of the evaluation index system.The results show that the company’s operating risk is at a low level, but the company needs to strengthen the prevention of financial risk, material risk, technology risk. general plastic trade enterprise external risk is high, the economic risk is the most significant, the proportion of the internal risk is relatively low, the entrepreneur risk is the most significant. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, put forward countermeasures and suggestions to deal with the operating risk.
