Analysis On The Immigrant Happiness Index Of The Placeing Resettlement In The Waterfalls Hydropower Station In Hanyuan County, Sichuan Province

Hanyuan county, sichuan province for half a century of waterfall gully hydropower st ation, is "fifteen" national key engineering project, and the development of the western reg ion of the project involuntary migrants, the migration work with strong government behavi or nature, immigration is directly related to the problem in the long run, the stability and de velopment of life, after the relocation production life satisfaction is the key to the stability have to be lived. So the waterfall gully hydropower station in sichuan hanyuan county rese ttlement happiness index, especially the research on the present situation and problems of t he resettlement happiness to promote local resettlement in reservoir area is of great signific ance to the social and economic development.Article summarizes the domestic and foreign immigrants to the current production an d living conditions of satisfaction, the integrated use of happiness and wellbeing related th eory, sustainable development theory and fuzzy mathematics theory, by adopting the comb ination of qualitative and quantitative analysis method, a combination of questionnaire sur vey and data analysis, with onsite resettlement in reservoir area,231 as the research object, analysis the relocation before and after relocation onsite resettlement production life satisf action, this paper discusses the current situation of in situ resettlement in reservoir area hap piness and problems, research has the following points:(1) to summarize the content of the related literature at home and abroad, this article writing mentality, lay a foundation for lat er empirical analysis. (2) briefly introduced the evaluation area move before and after reloc ation profile; (3) construction of hanyuan onsite resettlement in reservoir area migration be fore and after relocation index system and the model of happiness, and the comprehensive evaluation results were analyzed; (4) in the article on the comprehensive analysis of resear ch conclusion and enlightenment, in order to promote our country government resettlement work ability, improve the effect of government land requisition compensation work such a s to provide scientific basis. Through the empirical evaluation and comparative and compr ehensive analysis, the article research conclusion is as follows:Hanyuan county, sichuan province waterfall gully hydropower station onsite resettle ment happiness is roughly upward trend after the move, among them, the economic and so cial wellbeing is strong, the government management level of happiness is relatively weak.(1) in terms of the government management level, happiness index is improved before we moved, but in terms of the ability of emergency management level, and it remains to be im proved; (2) in terms of economy, promote the hanyuan county waterfall gully hydropower station construction optimization of industrial structure adjustment, promotes the reservoir migrants from mainly agricultural source of income to a variety of income way transformat ion, happiness index is significantly increased before we moved, but due to the lack of poli cy support, the composition of elements of income for structure, family per capita income satisfaction is not high; (3) in the aspect of society, after the relocation, most immigrants b y clay room moved into concrete brick, greatly improve the quality of life, both in terms of survival and living environment, health and education aspects of wellbeing is higher.
