Research On The Current Situation Of Public Employment Service For The People With Employment Difficulties In Leshan City

As the most populous developing country in the world,in order to meet the requirements of high-quality development,China has constantly adjusted its economic development mode and industrial structure.Facing the international situation of the global economic downturn,China is facing aggregate and structural contradictions,so it is very difficult to stabilize employment.Leshan has always put employment in the first place of people's livelihood,and made every effort to take measures to stabilize employment,so as to avoid large-scale unemployment and stabilize the employment situation.In order to provide public employment services for people with employment difficulties,Leshan City has continuously expanded the employment channels and skills of people with employment difficulties and promoted their better employment by increasing employment guidance,improving the level of employment skills and providing more high-quality jobs.However,the public employment service for people with employment difficulties in Leshan City is still facing problems such as the contradiction between supply and demand,the lack of total employment and so on.Therefore,it is of great significance to reveal the problems existing in the public employment service for people with employment difficulties in Leshan City,analyze their causes,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for improving the public employment service level of Leshan City and promoting the employment of people with employment difficulties.Using the research methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview,and based on the new public service theory,public service quality management theory,collaborative governance theory and service-oriented government theory,this paper analyzes the current situation of public employment services for people with employment difficulties in Leshan City,and finds that the current public employment services for people with employment difficulties in Leshan City are in policy publicity Information service and service content need to be improved;The main causes are the lack of demand orientation of public employment services,insufficient role of grass-roots public employment service institutions,insufficient information interaction and sharing,insufficient participation of market forces and lack of effective assessment and supervision system;Through further analysis and drawing on the advanced experience at home and abroad,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: strengthen policy publicity,establish a demand and supply oriented mechanism,strengthen the construction of grass-roots public employment service institutions,improve public employment service methods,strengthen market diversified supply,establish a scientific supervision and evaluation system,and constantly improve the quality of employment service.The main contribution of this paper is to put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions through the research on the problems existing in the public employment service for people with employment difficulties in Leshan City,which has an important reference for improving the quality of public employment service in Leshan City and promoting the stable employment of people with employment difficulties in similar areas,It provides a certain theoretical reference for studying how to further improve the quality and level of public employment service for people with employment difficulties.
