Since 1998,real estate became to be the main industry of Chinese Economy whil e the investment flourishing,with abolishing the Housing distribution system and imp lementing the Mortgage policy. Gemdale Group which was born in FU TIAN District of Shen Zhen, was qualified to be the first batch of real estate enterprise trading stocks in ShangHai Stock Exchange,based on the Jin Hai Wan Project. Then Gemdale Grou p which is Top 10 real estate company in China now just like Vanke,Merchants Prope rty and Poly, established seven district companies which supervised the city company .For example,Nanjing Company was established in 2007 supervised by East China C ompany.we all know the importance of middle-level staff in real estate company, they are the keystone.So We try to analysis the ability problem of middle-level staff in NanJ ing City company in this article by psychological assessment(subjective) and 360 inte rview(objective), based on theTalent evaluation theory,comparing the different deman d after the enterprise transformation. According to these ability problem, we raised a s eries stable Promotion measures which taking a year as a unit.Our research just want offer a reference to all real estate city company,even distr ict company and all researcher in the same field, that how can we improve the ability of middle-level staff stably.
