Competency is the hot spot problems in the research of current human resources management. In order to meet the needs of the development of organization, it needs to be further studied by what standard should be selected for personnel training, evaluation, and fixed income, all these problems will involve talents of competence. Therefore, the research on competence has attracted attention by more and more experts, scholars and corporate.At present, the real estate industry competition is intense, DC real estate group is in the key period of growth, but faced with real estate industry high-quality talent shortage problem. On the one hand, the group backup talents reserves is insufficient, business development is restricted; On the other hand, the group must have a good management team, can guarantee the landing group development strategy. Middle-level manager is key positions that carry out the group development strategy, the research of middle-level manager competency is an important topic for the human resource department of DC real estate group. In the paper, according to requirement of DC real estate group building middle-level manager competency system, based on the competency theory, primarily established the competence system of real estate enterprise middle managers by using strategic analysis and behavior event interview method. It was studied that how the competence system was applied In recruitment, training, performance, application of salary management, etc. And put forward some further research direction and suggestions.
