S Company Staff Training Research

Electric power industry has a high knowledge and technology content, with the continuous deepening of the reform of the power system and the continuous adjustment of the market supply and demand, the structure of the past can not meet the needs of the new era. This paper based on the theory of employee training, in line with the principle of scientific, practical and high feasibility, this paper discusses the present situation and the main problems of S company staff training, and analyzes the specific causes of the problem.
