As an important part of human resource management and development,employee training is an important means to increase the value of human capital and improve the organizational efficiency.Training evaluation is an important part of the training work,effective training evaluation can reflect the effect of training and the existing problems,and has a positive effect on the quality of training and enterprise development.But the current A power company perfect training evaluation system has not been established.The training effect evaluation is performed at the level of satisfaction(Level 1)assessment and post training test(level 2)assessment.The lack of evaluation of training effect's depth,breadth,effectiveness,seriously affect the effectiveness of training.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct a behavioral(level 3)assessment,to establish a scientific,reasonable,operational training effect of the three level evaluation system is of great significance.In this paper,the A electric power company employee training effect three level evaluation system as the main object of study.Firstly,through in-depth analysis of evaluation study on the theory of the effect evaluation of training status and training at home and abroad,the advantages and disadvantages of training evaluation model based on the comparative study,this paper constructs the A power company training Kirkpatrick three level evaluation index system and evaluation model based on.This paper finally selects "automatic operation" and "team leader quality to enhance the ability of" two training projects for the three level evaluation practice,ideas and specific methods of screening and evaluation indicators of the implementation of the empirical evaluation,and provides reasonable suggestions for the evaluation of A electric power company staff training and work.The innovation of this research is that based on the Kirkpatrick model,this paper constructs the three level evaluation model and index system for the A power company training project,and applies it to the A power company management and technical skills training,improve the effectiveness of the existing training effectiveness evaluation.
