Research On Performance Management Optimization Based On Information Focus Construction

This paper chooses Chuxiong cigarette factory’s performance management system as the research object, by means of Information collection, the questionnaire investigation, discussion,in order to find out and analyze the problems of the company’s performance management, and discuss to design and build the new performance management improvement plan. with using performance management related theory which is based on the actual situation of the company.The purpose of this peaper is expect to attract and retain the talent of state-owned enterprises, manage the human resourses effectively, convert what they have such as the knowledge, skills and creativity really into the enterprise core competitive ability, and finally realizes the benign development of the tobacco industry.This paper has five parts. In the first part, it introduces the selected topic’s background and significance, and illustrates the research method and content. The second part expounds the performance management theory.
