Study On Tobacco Multi-project Management Information Platform Of China Tobacco Shaanxi Idustrial Co.,Ltd.

Based on PIP and PMIS, the study of the multi-project managementinformation platform is a good attempt to the investment project managementof China Tobacco Shaanxi Industrial Co,. Ltd.(CTSI). And it is also animportant channel to promote its investment project management level.Standing on the owner’s view and taking the overall implement processof multi-class and multi-area investment project of CTSI as the study subject,this article summarizes the domestic and foreign related research results andsituation, and studies up on the TMMIP from the three aspects, as follows:First of all, it analyzes the pattern, the information construction level andthe existing problems of the investment project management of CTSI, andmakes clearly the position and the function of PIP and PMIS in the investmentproject management of CTSI. Secondly it gives the definition of TMMIP,makes up a conceptual model of TMMIP with the PMIS, PCIS, PIP and KB,and analyzes its application meaning. Meanwhile it also analyzes and makesclearly the management pattern, the organization structure, the managementobjective, the management hierarchy, the theoretical support and the businessdemand related with multi-project management, further puts forward theoverall platform design objective. According to the definition of TMMIP, itbuilds up a platform system constructer based on the enterprise-level projectmanagement frame system, which is to reach the PMIS compensative useshared by the project stakeholders, such as the designer, the constructor, thesupervisor and the main supplier, and to remove the isolated informationresources among the project stakeholders. Meanwhile it analyzes the TMMIPcore function deeply from eleven models, such as the process management,investment control, contract management, purchasing management, qualitymanagement and document management. Thirdly it analyzes the Power PIPstructure based on PIP and PMIS, takes the experience of the project application of Xiamen tobacco technical improvement process as reference,makes clearly the TMMIP function realization, meanwhile the advantages andthe disadvantages of the current TMMIP study results come out.The TMMIP study provides a good information method for theinvestment management transform of CTSI, it must bring far significant to theconcept and practice of the CTSI investment project management. I will makemy study from the aspects of the effective joint of TMMIP and the company’sother related information system, the building of TMMIP applicationenvironment and atmosphere and the extending of TMMIP to the decisionevaluation of the investment project, and so on. Further to make the TMMIPapplication fruitful and to promote the project management level deeply.
