China has grown into a big country of outbound tourism which has drawn greater attentions all over the world, but it is still a small country’ of tourism industry transnational business, the performance of tourism in China’s multinational enterprises relatively short period of time, lack of experience, has little influence outside of the travel industry, the market less competitive. The results of this large and one small contrast is China more than 300 billion dollars in tourist spending outflow,almost equivalent to the amount of foreign investment in China more than a third. For the establishment of tourism in the 21 st century power struggle of course, we should attach great importance to the development of Chinese tourism enterprises. What is the reason for this phenomenon is the contrast? There is no need to change this situation? What ways to improve this situation? Strategic perspective and the development model or mimic what is innovation? How should innovation? And so on,these questions need to analyze from an academic perspective. In this paper, China’s domestic tourism enterprises in Yunnan Province and the most developed in recent years to develop the domestic tourism Brunei, for example, through investment of Yunnan tourism enterprises to Brunei on the above analysis and discussion questions.Yunnan Tourism "going out" the pace is slow, the province tourism enterprises started late, lack of strength, mainly in small-scale enterprises, less international experience,the core competitiveness is not obvious, the brand influence is limited and the lack of professionals, etc., difficult to adapt to the requirements of international development.When many tourists sights on Japan and South Korea regard, Xin Matai and other countries, Brunei this seemingly insignificant little country has quietly eating the tourism market in Asia. Culture, heritage, natural scenery, contemporary Asia- Brunei which are the four pillars of tourism products, these elements provide travelers the perfect combination of travel. Based on previous studies, in order to assess the level score Brunei tourism investment environment, tourism enterprises in Yunnan andrelative strength of the domestic tourism industry, Brunei found, Yunnan tourism enterprises to enter the Brunei market is facing both opportunities and challenges,which not only requires the government to give support in terms of policy, tourism enterprises need to accelerate their transformation and upgrading, including industry consolidation and group management, product line expansion, the establishment of information collection centers, strengthen the development of qualified personnel,improve the comprehensive management capabilities, enhanced brand influence,tourist attractions, offers a buffet service.
