Study On Daming Dyeing Factory (1927-1945)

In the summer of 1930,Jiangbabihe Special Group Tuanwuju,whose the director is Lu Zuofu.Tuanwuju Purchase power looms,iron turbine,other textile machines in shanghai and shipped back to Beibei.Utilize these machines,TuanwuJu make Guan cmiao hand weaving workshop,a workshop in Beibei,reorganized as a Sanxia dyeing factory.This factory is the first weaving dynamic factory in Chongqing.In May 1933,The Science Institute of West China receive this factory.In August 1935 because of the huge debt,The Science Institute of West China sold factory to the Minsheng company,The Sanxia dyeing factory,factory name was changed to Minsheng industrial factory Sanxia dyeing factory.In 1937,coastal factories move into inland,Dacheng dyeing factory and Longchang dyeing factory and Sanxia,founded the Daming dyeing factory.This is Sanxia factory from weaving to dyeing process to achieve full mechanization.This also enabled the temple workshop to achieve a shift from a manual workshop to a modern machine factory.The Sanxia dyeing factory while living in the backward western regions,still trying to achieve the gradual expansion of production of machine,but due to the high cost of products,sales difficult,the factory before the Anti Japanese War failed to achieve complete mechanical production even as inventory backlog serious reshuffle was forced to stop production.Until 1937,the coastal factories and mines moved,the Sanxia factory plant through the merger with the coastal enterprises on the right track to achieve the production mechanization,management scientific.The difficult development of the Sanxia plant is a microcosm the whole of Sichuan handicraftworkshop,this shows that due to the lack of sufficient time to prepare,limited to objective conditions in the backward western regions,this "spontaneous,based on traditional industry through the technology of grafting,transformation,progressive industry embarked on the road" is no way to calm go.This paper consists of three parts.The first part,includes chapter ?.In this part the author reviews the Miaozui workshop establishment and development around the mouth of the Sanxia dyeing factory,to carry out the system analysis and Prevention Bureau of gorge mouth Temple workshop,pointed out that the Sanxia dyeing factory of this power and human mixed use factories is the key of Lu Zuofu directly imported machinery and mechanic from Shanghai.The second part,includes chapter ? and ?.Review the Sanxia dyeing factory history Before the Anti Japanese War.The author focusing on the Sanxia plant expansion conditions,process and enterprise management system.The author pointed out that the Sanxia factory has a good development conditions in Sichuan,but subject to the high cost of products and sales difficulties,the Three Gorges plant failed to transform to the modern machine factory.The third part,includes chapter ?.The author introduce the Daming dyeing factory.The new Daming dyeing factory and become a fully mechanized production of Limited by Share Ltd.The transition from the Sanxia dyeing factory to Daming dyeing factory is moved to the inland and coastal factories along with talent,technology,equipment,management system of inland and cooperation with the mainland business results.
