Currently, the men’s vogue and personalization is obviously missing. With using shirts, suits, etc to create fashion style and clothing personality as a starting point for custom style is a feasible plan. On the other hand, the consumer is not satisfied with a simple material consumption, and the pursuit of creative personality of experience consumption. The author’s research is together with enterprise’s business. Mari says clothing (tianjin) co., LTD, is a foreign trade enterprise whose main business is shirt processing. It is one of the traditional clothing enterprise. Considering the development of enterprise, the subject of "the transformation and upgrading of the traditional production enterprise" is set up. As an important member of the subject, the writer’s main task is providing a set of men’s shirt custom style, which is combined with company advantage.This paper will be divided into six parts:The first chapter is introduction, mainly introduces the current men’s custom market and development trend of domestic and international. Secondly analysis of the company’s various factors. The second chapter introduces several representative men’s custom pattern, proving that men’s shirt custom style which is based on customer experience is a feasible scheme by comparative analysis.The third chapter is about the research of men’s shirts popular trend and the gaps in the market. Including the market situation of men’s shirt, the research of men’s other category about popularity, consumer analysis, the development trend of men’s shirt. Laying the groundwork for innovation of men’s shirt custom pattern.The fourth chapter in this paper is focusing on systematic describing new pattern of men’s shirt custom, and put forward the key points. Namely from the perspective of shirts and men’s image relationship, refining the cultural value of shirts, fashion value and individual value. Make custom pattern to be a process of image design which is meaningful. In addition, embracing men’s basic category and the market popularity, considering about what can meet the demand of consumer types. And put forward several types of style which are original and can be implemented. To demonstrate the relationship between the style and image, and to propose the corresponding custom pattern.The fifth chapter is a complete planning for custom shop operations, including custom shop space planning, staff settings, custom process, etc., are all made clear expression. For enterprise and a number of industry experts have made comments, the writer carried on the summary, as the conclusion of this custom pattern.The sixth chapter has summarized the main achievements of this article, and puts forward the shortcomings, to further improve and verify the scheme.
