At present, with the continuous development of science and technology, economic globalization and the information age has come. Enterprises are facing the dual pressures of the external environment changes and internal development and transformation. It is necessary to develop and enhance their own competitiveness to take advantage of the fierce competition in the market. Technological level, rational strategy and regulations are conducive to enhance their competitive advantage. However, in the actual competitive environment, the real decisive factor is the corporate officers themselves. Values has practical significance of human thinking and behavior. Currently, increasingly importance has been attached to corporate values for experts and scholars at home and abroad. The current status of the development of enterprises has proved that corporate values have an important effect on the development of enterprises. In the current study, the domestic corporate values scholars more emphasis on common direct theoretical discussion in studying the application-level of corporate values. In contrast, the actual empirical researches more fitting enterprises are relatively lacking and lead to the lack of result operability. This study takes the corporate values of TF manufacturing company as the research case. By combined with similar corporate values as a reference for case management, the proposed counter-measures have put forward. Finally, some recommendations have provided in reference to more companies through sublimating some representative problem about values management in theory level.The results of this study are as follows:(1) Through the method of literature research, this paper reviews the connotation and theoretical basis of corporate value management, including the concept of values, corporate values, corporate values management, as well as the theoretical discourse.(2) The current situation of corporate values management in TF Manufacturing company was analyzed by means of personnel interview and questionnaire survey. Positive aspects are mainly overall good condition, high attention in leader, high recognition in employee. The problems in values management was showed from managers, employees, corporate environment. At the same time, the reason under problems was analyzed from managers, employees, relationships and environment.(3) Drawing on the basis of the Haier Group’s management content and management strategy in corporate values, feasible suggestions in value management were put forward from management fundament, management category, management mechanism, and systemic management.
