In a market economy, the status of employees in the enterprise development has become increasingly prominent. As the saying goes, "First to manage their own country before defeating outside", while in a company, the internal factor which has the most subjective consciousness is the human factor-Staff factor. When the staff’s needs are met, the enterprise can form a good internal operation mechanism. Therefore, a well-run enterprise must need a healthy, positive workforce as a strong backing. So, what is a company employees’ needs in the end, how to met the employee s, how to make enterprises and employees closely together, which are needed to solve in my study. This paper studies the current background and the significance of employee satisfaction.The basic theory of demand, two-factor theory and the theories and practices of business management achievements and human resource management which as a theoretical foundation, make the basic theory of employee satisfaction, well-known enterprises and business experience at home and abroad combine with the practical work satisfaction of ZB. First of all, I describe ZB oil company at the moment and what’s problems of employee satisfaction, then use theories and methods learned to build employee satisfaction evaluation system, make the ZB Employee Satisfaction survey analysis with descriptive statistics, comprehensive analysis, questionnaire method and in-depth interviews to find problems in the oil business satisfaction and their causes to explore effective strategies to meet the needs of employees methods. To make the job satisfaction truly effective, this article investigates and analysis from the enterprise, work, personal three levels to make deep and comprehensive, and make countermeasure ways to improve employee satisfaction, and then verify the scientific methods through comparative studies. The survey results of this study has a very important role in strengthening ZB corporate communications with employees and improving employee satisfaction and enterprise management.
