Along with the arrival of the knowledge economy age, economic situation and social environment are fundamental changes have taken place in the, knowledge gradually become the decided to enterprise’s survival and development is the most important factor. And as her knowledge and JiaYuZhe, often directly affects and decides the competition and development of the enterprise. Especially in today’s complex social and economic environment, enterprises need more through various ways to mobilize enterprise staffs enthusiasm and creativity, unleashing the staffs vitality and development staffs wisdom, makes people hard to complete the enterprise of a variety of tasks, so as to realize all kinds of target. Therefore, in the economic globalization is speeding up the pace of social inforatiatization and the degree of improving background, the enterprise in developing how to better improve employee satisfaction, enhance staff’s sense of belonging and loyalty, promoting the staff’s initiative and creativity, so as to better attract and retain talents, for the future development of the enterprise has the extremely vital significance.Based on the era of knowledge economy human resources management system as a background, based on the employee satisfaction as the main research content, with the Chinese northeast company as the research object, firstly on employee satisfaction at home and abroad, the research present situation and the achievement of comprehensive sum-up, it is pointed out that the characteristics of the existing research, achievements and deficiencies, and on this basis this paper combined with the specific research object, by the related theory and measuring tool as the basis, while the of the northeast company employee satisfaction survey questionnaire. Then the investigation data by using basic statistical analysis method to analyze the characteristics of demography variables for the employee satisfaction and its possible influence; Finally, the data in reliability and validity on the basis of test, using the factor analysis method to the Chinese northeast company employee satisfaction of the influence factors to the empirical analysis, find out the influence the company employee satisfaction of the main factors.The empirical analysis results show that influence the Chinese northeast company employee satisfaction factors mainly include interpersonal relations, compensation and benefits, culture system, work environment and work prospect five aspects. According to the influence employee satisfaction of these five factors, the paper finally proposed targeted improved the Chinese northeast company employee satisfaction of countermeasures, so as to the Chinese northeast on the future of the company human resources management mechanism establishment and the consummation provides decision-making and reference basis.
