Research On The Cooperative Mechanism And Model Of Yunnan Biopharmaceutical Industry Based On Open Innovation

Under the background of globalization and informatization,with the advance of biological science and technology,biological pharmaceutical industry has experienced from conception,netting,growth,and gradually shift from closed innovation development to open mode innovation development.As the practice of open innovation activities, manufacture-learning-research cooperation innovation plays an important role in promoting cooperation between companies,universities and research institutions.It has also become the focus concern of academia, industry and government.As a strategic emerging industry of Yunnan province,biological pharmaceutical industry has been a vigorous development in recent years. However,from the whole industry, technological innovation mode of Yunnan biopharmaceutical industry is still closed,the use of external resources is very limited.It’s basically a traditional trade relations between pharmaceutical companies and suppliers,they lack of cooperation and innovation.Due to different social responsibility and value orientation of companies, universities and research institutions,collaboration mechanism and model of manufacture-learning-research is not perfect,as well as innovations do not match the market demand lead to the low level of industrialization,so as the successful rate and efficiency of manufacture-learning-research cooperation innovation is very low.In this paper,from the perspective of open innovation,integrated using the literature research, comparative research and case study to carry out the research work.Fist,we give targeted review and comment on the research of open innovation and the manufacture-learning-research cooperation innovation at home and abroad.Second,on the basis of investigating the current situation of biological pharmaceutical industry in Yunnan province. Aiming at the problems of the biological pharmaceutical industry cooperation innovation in Yunnan province. Constructing representative biological pharmaceutical industry cooperation mechanism in Yunnan province,analysis the main mode of biological pharmaceutical industry cooperation,established themode selection game model,and take the Yunnan Baiyao group as an example to combine theory with practice.Finally, according to the manufacture-learning-research cooperation innovation mechanism and model proposed,providing some achievable and useful theories and measures for making policies of manufacture-learning-research cooperation innovation mechanism and model in Yunnan province.
