Yunnan has a large population of Hui nationality, and has been a tradition of doing business since ancient times. After the reform and opening up, the Hui people in Yunnan actively engaged in iron and steel, food and beverage, mining and other industries according to the characteristics of geographical advantages, religious customs, and historical traditions and so on. Because of awakening early, the low of the product technology content and the human cost is low. Many township enterprises achieved excellent results by follow the development of the country’s economic situation. However, there have some questions of smaller enterprises, enterprise internal management confusion, and the question of short life what is occurring in these companies. Therefore, how to realize the sustainable development of the local Hui private enterprises has become the key.According to the enterprise life cycle theory and the actual research. This paper has divided the Yunnan Private Enterprises of Hui is life cycle into growth period and aging period which is based on the definition of the concept of Hui private enterprises. Subsequently analyzing the current situation of the development of the Hui people in Yunnan private enterprises, and extracting the influencing factors of strategic vision, organization mechanism, knowledge input, social relationship capital and enterprise culture with the help of four dimensions model. Then through the questionnaire investigation and interview. This paper reliability and validity analysis of related data, tested hypothesis model by the help of SPSS software and AMOS software.The result of analysis verifies the enterprise organization mechanism, knowledge investment, entrepreneurship, corporate culture have significantly positive impact in the growth stage of enterprise. And social relationship capital had not significantly influence at this stage. Organizational mechanism, social relationship capital, entrepreneurship, and corporate culture have a significant positive effect on the enterprise during the aging period. Finally, according to the empirical results, this paper puts forward suggestions and opinions on the sustainable development of the private enterprises in Yunnan.
