| As the rapid development of economy, the importance of logistics industry is getting more and more prominent. International, logistics is considered as the third profit source, an important symbol of the developed degree of a country modernization degree. Especially the logistics center, it is a necessity consequence of the economy and the development of modern logistics, as the key unit on the chain, has arisen high attention.The paper eventually raised a favorable development strategy for Jiangsu ABC logistics center after conducting through investigation in local and surrounding areas and integrating the development experience home and abroad. The body firstly introduces the related concepts and the status quo of enterprise strategy and logistics center and development strategy of logistics center and as well states the significance of the chosen topic. Secondly, it analyzes the internal factors of Jiangsu ABC logistics center, as its advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats with SWOT analytic method under strategic management point of view and applying theory to practice; suggests the all-in-one integration strategy and illustrates the operation and profit-making modules. Lastly, to support the further development of the center to a leading logistics service center, the paper gives detailed implementation plan of the development strategy.
