Now,the industry has made great strides in our country,at the same time the attention of the governments at various levels and ordinary people.Process along with the market economy has been booming,especially of the rapid expansion of the scale of urbanization,China's real estate industry after more than ten years high speed propulsion,already marched into the national policy adjustment control period,its size and growth is starting to cool.In this context,YJL real estate group since its inception,has been basically formed a scientific and perfect management structure,the design development,real estate development,property management services,business operations over the core links such as organic,and entered a stage of stable development.But in the face of the current macro environment industry and challenges,and other real estate companies,Y real estate group also produced such as organization management is not enough scientific enterprise development strategy behind the problem,even need to adjust.In this paper,social and cultural environment,technology environment four aspects on Y real estate group has carried on the PEST analysis of the external environment,using the five model methods to explore the Y the industry environment facing the real estate group,from financial management,human resources,marketing ability,enterprise culture from several aspects to the company's internal resources are analyzed,and the SWOT analysis tool for Y real estate group has carried on the customers and product development at the same time,puts forward the Y development strategy.Finally,through the analysis of internal and external environment and the real estate industry environment analysis to carry on the summary,is deduced for Y real estate group,the professional development of short-term,medium-term and long-term development strategy,,build perfect management mode of operation.In clear Y group development strategy of real estate market localization and the orientation of target customers and product development at the same time,puts forward the Y development strategy of real estate group on the implementation of specific way,professional management,,and puts forward Y group real estate in the final group development strategy implementation safeguard measures,namely,to strengthen the management of financial funds,speed up the adjustment of organizational structure,strengthen the management of human resources,and excellent enterprise culture.Strategy planning,for the real estate enterprise to provide the beneficial reference for the establishment of development strategy.
