With the development of society and economy, the status and role of corporate culture in enterprise development is increasingly important and eye-catching. Effectiveness evaluation of corporate culture is a difficulty in enterprise culture construction. Evaluation work is mainly in order to guarantee the effectiveness of enterprise culture, and make the oriented, agglomerate, incentive, constrained function, as also as resource optimization and integration work better. However, seen from the current theory and practice at home and abroad, the majority of scholars focus only on the evaluation and refinement of the corporate culture itself. Tracking assessment of the effect in enterprise culture construction is still lacking, which result in the non-ideal importing effect. Studying and practice is inconsistent. Topic of this article focus on X Corporate culture training project of J Company, which also named speech contest which learn from Lan Ma of J Company. To use a theoretical tool to study how to evaluate the result of enterprise culture construction scientifically, in order to promote continuous improvement.This paper first reviewed domestic and foreign scholars’ research situation and context on the theoretical explanation of corporate culture, introduces the theory of corporate cultural factors and four hierarchy effective evaluation model which was presented by Kirkpatrick. All of the theories lay the foundation for the full test. The paper introduces the basic situation, main business, organization, historical evolution, reform process and the development of J Company, review the J Company corporate culture construction process and results. This paper intends to turn to three areas for the research, that is, the corporate culture concept recognition system, behavior identity system and visual identification system. Then it quotes the main implementation and application of the tobacco industry. The working condition and his deeds of model Lan Ma, and the background, significance, content and process of this speech contest will be discussed in this paper, too. Finally, combining application with the theory of corporate cultural factors and Kirkpatrick’s four hierarchy effective evaluation model, based on the angle of corporate culture, study on how to evaluate the effect of J Company’s corporate culture construction. The speech contest would be an important form for cultural propaganda and training of J Company. I will design objective from reaction layer, learning layer, behavior layer and result layer, from two aspects which are quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation, in order to fully reflect all aspects of the effect of corporate culture construction. This paper is aimed at providing a noble attempt for systemically review the effect of corporate culture construction. And put forward the scheme of the next step work.
