With the leap frog development of China’s economy, economic globalization has become an irresistible tide, surged to hit us. Thirty-year reform and opening up policy dividend push many enterprises to the world’s front end. However,’Made in China’, which at the low end of the value chain in long term, also made us pay a huge price. With the continuous slowing down of economic growth in recent years, the new normal becomes the true portrayal of our country’s economy. How to transform from low value added production mode into function innovation, independent research and development of high value-added production becomes the important issue numerous enterprises ponder. In order to adapt to the fierce external competition environment, many enterprises begin to explore new strategic modes, constantly adjust organization structures, optimize product type and expand the scale of the market. Managers begin to speculate the trend of economic development from a more forward-looking perspective.Facing rapid changes in the market, only by continuously updating, can the enterprises withstand the sweeping of the tide of times, and strategic transformation becomes the ark to determine the survival of the enterprises. Enterprising strategic transformation is a huge project which needs the collaboration between the top and the bottom. Therefore, the key point of strategic transformation is, through clearing business core competitiveness, to understand industry trends, grasp technical ability, control market risk, so as to achieve enterprise evergreen under limited resources supply. Strategic transformation provides a more flexible mode of development and a new perspective to clear core business and identify market positioning for the enterprises.Through in-depth analysis on economic transition theory, industrial transformation theory and strategic transformation theory, the study tries to understand the process, method, content, time, elements and characteristics of strategic transformation of the enterprises and with the Wanda Group as an example, to include direction selection, system support, model selection and risk prevention of Wanda’s strategic transformation as content, in order to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the strategic transformation of similar enterprises in the research.
