Land is the carrier of urban development and a necessary part.In the background of further urbanization process,the scale of urban construction land is increasing,the contradiction between man and land is becoming more and more obvious.How to scientifically evaluate the economical and intensive situation of urban construction land is the focus of the scholars in recent years.Through this study,we can ensure the development of urban economy,but also inhibit the further expansion of urban construction land scale.At the same time,it can lay a solid foundation for the development of urban land use planning,land supply plan,optimize the industrial structure and improve the ecological environment.Based on the rapid development of economy,the contradiction between man and land is becoming more and more prominent,this study put the construction land of all counties in Zhengzhou City as the research object,collect relevant data,and combine with the regional characteristics and construction land utilization condition of the evaluation unit.On the basis of qualitative analysis,11 evaluation indexes were selected from the following aspects: the intensity index,the growth index,the elasticity index of land use and the management performance index,and the quantitative evaluation was carried out.This study made a comparative analysis of the temporal and spatial difference,made a comprehensive analysis of its utilization,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)In 2015,the proportion of construction land to total area of the district is higher than other evaluation units in Zhengzhou,among them,the highest is Guancheng District,69.49%,the lowest is Dengfeng City,only 19.01%.From 2011 to 2015,all evaluation units tend to increase the construction land scale.From the point of land use scale,the larger growth in the number of construction land is Zhongmu County and Xinzheng City,respectively,6398.75 ha and 4606.61 ha,the smallest is Gongyi City,614.90 ha,the difference of the rest region is relatively smaller.From the point of land use rate,the largest growth in the rate of construction land is Zhongmu County,26.31%,the smallest is Gongyi City,only 2.97%,in the rest of the region,the increase rate of construction land in the district of Zhengzhou is relatively higher.(2)From the realization of the planning objectives,the scale of construction land and urban and rural construction land of Erqi District,Gongyi City,Xingyang City,Xinmi City,Dengfeng City in 2015 has exceeded the planning target in 2020,most of the remaining areas,although there is a surplus of space but relatively inadequate,the scale of urban industrial land of Erqi District in 2015 has exceeded the planning target in 2020,there is still a certain amount of residual space in the rest of the area.From the land use trend of the matching degree between population development and urban and rural construction land,Jinshui District,Xinzheng City and Dengfeng City are intensive trend,the rest of the region are extensive trend.From the land use trend of the matching degree between economic development and construction land,Erqi District,Jinshui District,Gongyi City,Xinmi City and Dengfeng City are intensive trend,the rest of the region are extensive trend.(3)Through the quantitative evaluation of the economical and intensive utilization of construction land in all evaluation units of Zhengzhou,we can divide the land utilization condition,Jinshui District and Erqi District are type I,Zhongyuan District,Guancheng District,Gongyi City and Xinzheng City are type?,Dengfeng City,Zhongmu County,Xinmi City,Xingyang City and Shangjie District are type ?,Huiji District is type ?.The economical and intensive utilization of construction land overall level is improved slightly between 2014 and 2015,but the gap between evaluation units is more obvious.In all evaluation units,the total index of Jinshui District,Zhongmu County,Gongyi City,Xinmi City and Xinzheng City in 2015 are greater than the total index in 2014,the rest are the opposite.
