Research On The Mechanism And Path Of Innovative Ecological Construction

The period of 13 th Five-Year Plan is a crucial stage for deepening reform comprehensively and accelerating the transformation of economic development. In the next few years, China’s economy will continue to face the challenges: economic downward pressure, exhausted demographic dividend and the yet unformed new growth model. How to re-build the economic growth momentum, boost the confidence in developing economy has become an urgently answered and solved problem. With the new coming economic tide like the third industrial revolution, Industry 4.0, Internet +, innovation has increasingly become a powerful weapon for the transformation of economic development model, the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. However, the huge gap between the innovation and economy(finance), like a car with downshift or even neutral, restricted the innovation as an effective economic driving force in the long term. Based the Innovation Ecosystem Theory, the construction of innovation ecosystem provides a feasible practice path for the above problem. Good innovation ecosystem is an accelerator to promote the fusion of Innovation Chain, Finance Chain and Industry Chain. With the scale accumulation and the organic interact among the innovation elements, industrial elements and capital elements, it can become a "smart factory" which has the ability to nurture massive innovative companies.This paper consists of four parts, including the internal mechanism, the problems, the foreign experience and the construction path of innovation ecosystem. The main ideas of this paper are as follows.(1) Buiding innovation ecosystem, in fact, is nurturing the adaptive network which includes a variety of innovative elements, diverse species, different combinations of innovation and creative system. In the ecosystem, Innovative species(such as enterprises, universities and other organizations) combine different innovative elements in order to form certain industrial spatial structure(such as industry clusters) and the associated status(such as contractual relations, etc.).This structure and the state under the innovation systems dynamically adjust to the characteristics of innovative projects, and promote the industrialization, capitalization of innovations.(2) The innovation ecosystem of our country is currently facing the closed and dispersed elements, the organizations lacking the richness and diversity, the weak association of network and the lack of market incentives, which seriously restricts the dynamic evolution and the organization function of the innovation ecosystem.(3) Fostering innovation groups, where innovative enterprises are the core, is the construction path of innovation ecosystem. Specifically, the companies need to convert development model, embracing the "Internet +" new format; universities should expand their functions from the new knowledge source to the new economic source; it is essential to promote entrepreneurs from elite to mass in order to nurture Chinese-style makers.(4) Innovation platform involves diverse platform system which has different positions and functions. Maker-spaces, special towns, sci-technology cities and high-tech zones provides the suitable carriers, which enhance the efficiency of the platforms’ promotion, for the public entrepreneurship, talents’ innovation, industrial incubators, industrial organizations, etc.(5) The key of ecosystem construction is to improve mechanisms which include the acquisition approach of industrial technology, the R&D mode of the generic industrial technology, the industry funding source, the organizational models of the industrial chains for the nurturing of the new industries and upgrading of the traditional industries.The main innovation of this paper is the exploration upon the fusion mechanism of industrial chain, innovation chain and financial chain and the systematic path ideas in building the space platforms, nurturing the innovators, improving the function. And there are the following deficiencies:(1) the research of the internal mechanism, which includes the innovation’s generation, the transformation of innovations, capital support, brand development, is not deep enough, and the typical cases, diverse data models and other analytical tools are rarely applied.(2) This paper lacks in empirical analysis, and the understanding to the core difficulties and contradictions of the innovation ecosystem construction needs to be further deepen.
