Research On Enterprise Product Innovation Based On Innovation Ecosystem

In order to meet the customers' increasingly diversified and complicated needs,enterprises gradually established various cooperative relationship with other organizations or individuals influencing their innovation activities,known as enterprise innovation ecosystem.Innovation ecosystem is an open and dynamic network system,in which different parts form co-evolution and depend on each other.At present,the researches on enterprise ecosystem mainly focus on describing the entrepreneurial process of enterprises and the various relationships formed in the entrepreneurial process,or study the innovation ecosystem of enterprises from different perspectives.However,there are few studies on the key role of product innovation cooperation in the enterprise innovation ecosystem and the promotion relationship between product innovation cooperation and enterprise value creation.Based on the case study of Anhui Interstory Link co.,Ltd.,this paper adopts the exploratory single-case study approach,aiming at the cooperation mechanism and implementation mode of product innovation in the enterprise's innovation ecosystem,and probes into the relationship between the cooperation mechanism and mode of product innovation and enterprise value creation.We investigated the innovation ecosystem of Anhui Interstory Link co.,Ltd.through semi-structured interviews,one-site view interviews,telephone interviews and other methods,and got the following results:1.The co-partnership system is the driving force and guarantee in promoting the cooperation among innovation ecosystem subjects.2.User-experience oriented business model and bottom-up research and development approach lay a foundation for value co-creation.3.Digital empowerment capabilities promote value co-creation and improve the efficiency of enterprise innovation ecosystem by improving the division of innovation subjects in the ecosystem.4.It is the way to optimize the cooperation mechanism of product innovation and promote the innovation ecosystem,to keep up with the social situation and national policies,adapt to The Times and change ourselves.This paper expounds the important role of product innovation cooperation in enterprise innovation ecosystem and establishes a new theoretical model of product innovation cooperation mechanism-enterprise value creation.Furthermore,the paper puts forward the scheme and suggestion of product innovation cooperation improvement and optimization.The research in this paper not only enriches the theory of enterprise innovation ecosystem,but also provides beneficial reference for the promotion of enterprise value creation.
