The Research Of Innovation Efficient Spillover Based On Innovation Ecosystem

Currently,China's economy is in the phase of "three superposition".In this period,economic growth rate is switching;Structural adjustment faces difficulties and pre-stimulus policy effects are damping.The total economic output,economic growth,economic growth momentum and industrial forms have unprecedented great Changes.Economic development presents China's new normal.May 2016,The CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the "National Innovation-driven Development Strategy Outline".It marks the particular importance of Innovation-driven development strategy.At the same time,the success of innovation ecosystem in Silicon Valley,make scholar put more attention on innovation ecosystem,which triggers the paradigm shift of academic research on innovation.Under such circumstances,this paper deals with innovation efficiency spillovers basing on the basis of innovative ecosystem.It has important theoretical and practical value.First of all,the author reviews the three core concepts of innovation ecosystem,innovation efficiency and knowledge spillover.And the research direction of the thesis is clarified.Second,the paper point that innovation efficiency has three meanings: high success rate,low cost and high income.And the paper mentions innovation spillover is the logical starting point for the formation and evolution of innovative ecosystems.Innovation efficiency spillover is the manifestation of innovation spillover.Third the author concludes that tacit knowledge system of innovation ecosystem is the real reason that affects system innovation,by analyzing the luxury model of knowledge creation.The tacit knowledge system circulates and the spiral rises.It plays an important role in the innovative ecosystem.Then the paper analyzes the spillover mechanism of innovation efficiency by spillover vector,spillover way,spillover effect and spillover path.And the value chain spillover and spatial spillover are integrated into the same innovation analysis framework.Fifth,Using spatial econometric methods,this thesis studies the spillover of value chain and spatial of the ecosystem innovation efficiency and the innovation efficiency of environmental impact factors by empirical analysis,the conclusions are as follows: Innovation efficiency exists value chain spillover in the internal innovation ecosystem,spatial spillover exists among innovation ecosystem,but the direction and intensity of spillover are varies.Finally,this thesis proposes to construct innovation ecosystem and improve the efficiency of system innovation should start from system construction and innovation network these two directions: on one hand,give full play to the functions of innovation community and enhance the innovation environment support ability;on the other hand,strengthen innovation nodes,planning innovation chain,optimize the innovation network.The research results of this thesis enrich the innovation ecosystem theory,broaden the research field of innovation ecosystem theory,and promote the design of regional collaborative innovation mechanism to the construction of innovative ecosystem development.
