| China is a great manufacturing nation but not a powerful manufacturing nation in the world.Only by strengthening the technological innovation capability of enterprises and building a competitive independent brand can China achieve the sustained and healthy growth of the national economy in the context of economic globalization.With the development of knowledge-based economy and shared economy relying on Internet information technology,technological innovation of enterprises can be achieved by breaking through organizational boundaries to search for external innovative resources and cooperation opportunities extensively.Facing the abundant external information and knowledge resources,how to tap and utilize them enterprises more effectively to adapt to the dynamic market environment and enhance the capability of technological innovation is a key issue for Chinese enterprises to solve.Based on the review of domestic and foreign relevant theoretical documents and the field interviews with enterprises,this study starts from the external and internal factors that affect the technological innovation of enterprises.Firstly,on the basis of clarifying the mechanism of enterprise network embedding on enterprise technological innovation,the study will analyze the internal logic relationship between enterprise network embeddedness and dynamic capabilities,dynamic capabilities and technological innovation,and construct the model of the impact mechanism model of enterprise network embedding-dynamic capabilities-enterprise technological innovation.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey of enterprises we can acquire the sample data.We will use SPSS to conduct validity and reliability test of the scale,and we will use AMOS the to construct structural equation model to verify and correct the theoretical model,empirically testing of the impact of enterprise network embedding on technological innovation through the dynamic capabilities.Finally,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the capability of technological innovation mainly from two aspects: building,managing and maintaining the external network of enterprises and nurturing the dynamic capability of enterprises.To a certain extent,this study enriches and deepens the theoretical contents of external networks,dynamic capabilities and technological innovation of enterprises.The countermeasures proposed on the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical tests are conducive to guiding enterprises to build the enterprise external network actively,scientifically and effectively.It is of theoretical and practical significance to improve the dynamic capabilities of enterprises in order to realize the innovation and development of the enterprise system and organizational reform and further promote the adjustment of industrial structure and optimization of services in our country. |
