Evaluation Of Provincial Tourism Traffic Efficiency

Nowadays, the trend of regional tourism integration is increasing and the competition of tourist destination is becoming increasingly fierce,improve the condition of tourism traffic is an effective way to enhance the competitiveness of the tourism destination. To measure the level of tourism traffic efficiency is not only the basis of understanding the level of tourism traffic development, but also the basis for the improvement of the tourism traffic. 2016 is the start of“the 13 th Five-Year Plan”, tourism development has entered a critical period of transition, tourism industry is facing the challenge of innovation and upgrading and expansion of scale. Therefore, measure of tourism transportation efficiency is not only needs of the development of tourism in Yunnan, but also the requirements of the development of China’s tourism during the 13 th Five-Year.Yunnan is located in the southwest of China, is located in the eastern margin of the Tibetan Plateau,and in the west of the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau. It is our country facing Southeast Asia and South Asia bridgehead, is an important node of“the Belt and Road”. It plays the function of the connection, and the geographical advantage is obvious. As an important tourist destination in China, Yunnan began to explore the foreign traffic as early as the Warring States Period, which laid the foundation for the integration of tourism and transportation industry. The current Yunnan province at a crucial stage of tourism province construction, the development of tourism transportation plays an important role in the integration of “The Belt and Road”, promote the internal opening through the construction of tourism communication, make Yunnan become the forefront of open to southeast Asia and South Asia.Under the support of the national fund project,this paper takes the tourism traffic efficiency as the core, firstly expounds the research background and the research both at home and abroad,then establish the research framework of the full text, and discuss the tourism traffic efficiency. Through the comparative analysis, has been clear about the factor analysis as provincial tourism transportation efficiency measure method and constructing evaluation index system of tourism traffic efficiency. Based on this, taking Yunnan Province as an example, the tourism traffic efficiency of each state was measured, and the trend of tourism traffic efficiency was analyzed from 2000 to 2014. The empirical results show that: first, the regional distribution of tourism traffic efficiency is uneven, show the eastern good western weak.Second, from the development and change of tourism traffic efficiency, 2001- 2003 showed a downward trend, 2003- 2007 showed an increasing trend, in 2008 decreased and from 2009 to speed up the efficiency of tourism traffic. According to the theoretical and empirical analysis of tourism traffic efficiency, this paper from the six aspects puts forward suggestions on tourism transportation efficiency, promoting the fusion of transportation and tourism, improve the tourism transportation planning, build tourism transportation information sharing platform, promote the construction of tourism transportation ecology, improve the financing way and ensure the safety of tourist traffic.Finally,the main conclusions of this paper are summarized, and the future research directions are prospected.
