The Research Of Lack Of Integrity In Food Enterprises

In recent years, there are food safety accidents occurring frequently in China that made a largenumber of people get different degrees of pathogenic, disabled and even leads to death. This isstrongly harm to people's health and caused irreparable damage, even have influences on the socialstability and national image. So to research and solve the problem of food enterprise honesty has thesignificant practical significance.Currently, China's food enterprise credit loss not only in terms of loss towards government,such as tax evasion, smuggling, cheating do false account, but also in terms of loss towardsconsumer, such as the market is flooded with fake goods, false advertisements can be seeneverywhere. Investigate its reason, there are three main aspects. First, from the perspective ofsocial environment, lack of integrity is caused of the market economy's bad influence. People paytoo much attention to "benefit" without considering of "righteousness", which makes thetraditional concept be misunderstood; Second, from the perspective of policy, because ofsupervision to the producing process is far from enough, the related laws and regulations are notperfect, and the punishment to food enterprises with less integrity is not strict, some foodenterprises use the lack of regulations and policies to earn easy money; the last, from theenterprises themselves, since they are lack of social responsibility and they don't have a long-termdevelopment plan, but focus on the short-term interests. Therefore, three measures are proposedaccording to the three reasons mentioned above. First of all, improve the socialist market economysystem, sets up the correct socialist sense of honor or disgrace. Second, improve the credit laws andregulations, strengthen punishment to the lack of integrity and carry out the honesty cultureconstruction in the whole society. Establish the enterprise credit file system to make permanentrecord about food enterprises with record of lack of integrity. Finally, according to the lack ofintegrity of enterprises themselves, supervision systems need to improve and employees need totrain about integrity to build the integrity business culture with customers-first.In the process, we found that in order to build the integrity of food enterprises under thecondition of market economy, we need to establish a set of scientific credit mechanism and also touse the force of law to let those who lost the integrity get punish because of their behaviors finethem much more then they earn. In such a great violations and crime cost, people without integrity will restore it. Meanwhile, we should strengthen integrity education and improve the integrity of thewhole society to improve the integrity quality in the whole society.
