The Research On China’s Market Credit Mechanism Construction

At present, the lack of integrity has become the cancer of the development of economy in our country, in the areas of economic life, whether in production, and distribution, circulation, consumption, the low degree of credit has reached to tolerance, not honesty has not individual phenomenon, to some extent, the serious influence to the normal operation of market economy. Stem the credit crisis, building a healthy society has become the consensus of the nation.This article from the building of credit system to study the market integrity problem. To set up perfect and effective market credit mechanism in our country, must jump out traditional morals integrity framework,build institutional integrity. Past experience tells us, under the conditions of market economy,set up the credit mechanism only on relying moral propaganda and conscience condemnation is not enough, and must provide a system objectively, complete solution. This solution is best to have certain theory support and logic support,this paper made a preliminary attempt in this respect. Theoretically, the credit mechanism construction to form a system, there must be a corresponding system as guarantee, one of the most important is the property right system, legal system and administrative management system, etc. From a logical point of view,honesty mechanism construction includes three levels, microscopic layer foundation, specific content is honesty culture, moral integrity is the most basic requirements of market economy; Medium layer is the system running, the good faith mechanism is composed of various seed mechanism, including information sharing mechanism, the mechanism of supervision by public opinion, disciplinary mechanism, risk prevention mechanism and so on, to ensure good faith mechanism complete and effective; Macroscopic layer is the external institutional guarantee, one of the most important is the property right system, legal system and administrative management system, through the institutional constraints to ensure the credit of mechanism efficient and effective operation.
