In recent two years, for IT layout of banking in our country, a subject are wildly discussed and brought into effect, that is centralizing the data. It is because that with the development of the Internet and communication technology, the bank develops banking serving and operation innovation, which are based on the Internet technology, and centralizing the data is favorableness support to the new requirement. At the same time, in order to subsistence in competition and exceeding opponents, many banks have highly regarded management on a large scale, and IT certainly adopts the structure of highly centralized management. So centralizing the data is necessary.After centralizing the data, all the eggs are gathered in one basket, once appearance questions, it will bring great influence. The Construction Bank of China being as one of the four national commercial banks, being as special enterprise that manages currency, comparing with general enterprise the Construction Bank of China assumes huge social responsibility. If happening malfunction in system operation or other affairs, the banking operation can't be resumed or it will be a long time, the customer of the bank will feel panic, at that time the bank will loss benefit and it will bring ferment to the social. Thus the requirement to the system to safe operation is increased highly.This discourse is based on my working experience of many years and consulting correlation information, analyzing the main questions and solving strategy after centralizing the data the China Construction Bank should be faced with. Including that concept of renewal, risk of a sin, the safe of the banking operation, the impact on the structure mode and we also should be faced with the law and policy after centralizing the data nationally.
