| With the economic globalization and arrival of information age of network, the competition way among enterprises has been changed greatly, enterprises begin to cooperation together from the competition . The cooperation not merely reflects the enterprises in the same industry chain, the mutual cooperation appear between the originally rival counterparts.The industry clusters are formed by a large amount of enterprises which with similar business scale ,management style and customer group in certain geographical area. There are no longer only life-and-death competition -"Zero" competition between the traditional competitors, but cooperation in information ,researching and developing , marketing channel, human resources etc. on the frame of cluster. The enterprises share the business knowledge and information, improve enterprise's core competitive advantage together, thus formed the unique phenomenon of " co-opetition ".The competitive advantage of clusters is exactly based on the unique coopetition relationship of enterprises.The research set out from the reason of industry's cluster advantage , further investigate the mode of co-opetition, growth route and cultivation, etc. use the game theory to analyze the mechanisms of interests distribution between enterprises in the co-opetition course, and analyze the reason , development model of industry cluster on co-opetition relationship through study of Taiwan Hsinchu industrial park and Guangzhou electronic industry, offer the theoretical foundation and realistic strategy for fighting for the co-opetition among enterprises.The study analyzes the origin of industry cluster's competitive advantage, expounds the method of choosing the cooperative partners, brings about constructive suggestion and support in theory for regional clusters, helps local government to form and strengthen relevant policies and system mechanisms about improvement of co-opetition ability. |
