With development of market economy, enterprises have to give up the pattern dependent on themselves and choose alliance pattern under the enormous existence and competition pressure. Enterprise dynamic alliance pattern aimed at "two-win" has becomes the best choice of modern enterprises to adapt to modern competition.Study on enterprise dynamic alliance is a multi-subject research which will widen the extent of the subject of management, enhance the research way and impel this subject greatly. What's more, enterprise dynamic alliance can make the enterprises supplement resources for each other and it is a convenient way to improve the competition of the national enterprises. Therefore, there is great theoretical and realistic meaning to study on enterprise dynamic alliance.In this article, I expound the nature and the theories about enterprise dynamic alliance at first. Afterwards, I analyze the course of building of it. There is different classification about enterprise dynamic alliance in this article in terms of operation and cause of it. I point out the four significant factors through the building of enterprise dynamic alliance: opportunity, aim, member and connection. And then, there is the discussion the whole course and matters from building to disintegration. In the subsequent part, I analyze the risk during the whole phase and sum up some corresponding countermeasures. At last I analyze condition of our national enterprises, and point out several suggestion based on our national condition.
