Human-basis management takes human as the core of management in management activity. The emergence of the theory of human-basis management went through three stages: the theory of scientific management, the research on the action science and the posing of the theory of human-basis management. Human-basis management has four characteristics that are workers are the main body of the firm; the joining of the workers is the key of effective management; serving the people is the basis aim of human-basis management and democratic management is the core. There is different between USA and Japan in human-basis management model. The comparative study of both models is important to the human-basis management in China. Human-basis management is made up of workers, environments, culture and values. Human-basis management is a system project, which concludes emotion management, democratic management, autonomy management, talent management, culture management and career management. After finding the causes of questions in management, our factory tries to carry out human-basis management and obtain good results. But there are many defects in human-basis management. So we will consummate it to promote the development of our factory in future.
