The Corporate Culture and the Human Resource Management have become increasingly important nowadays, which have been realized by the enterprise management level. But when the problems concerned about how to build the corporate culture and how to enhance the efficiency of human resource management, it turn out to be very hard to have a perfect answer. Beginning with analyzing the relations between them, this article want to find out an effective solution to these problems, which can make the two parts reach to a win-win situation.The research on the application of corporate culture has made a great stride at abroad in recent yeas, but this kind of research at home hasn't gone very far. At first, I will analyze the possibility and necessity of the human resource management guiding by the corporate culture, then secondly, I will establish the model of human resource management guiding by the corporate culture, after that, as far as how to implement the model is concerned, I will provide some suggestions and routes.There are mainly three creative points in the article, the first is establishing and deeply analyzing the model of human resource management guiding by the corporate culture, the second is supplementing the theories of corporate culture field and corporate culture power, including the factors that influence the release of corporate culture power, the third is supply good solution for how to implement the new human resource management model.Through the paper, I wish I could do some contribution to the development of application theories concerning about the corporate culture, and benefit the people who are or will be in charge of the establishing of corporate culture.
