In pace with the global economic development and further globalization, competition between modern corporations has been shifted from a basic product competition to a deeper level,-the corporate culture competition. Any corporation that wants to survive and develop in the modern market must now concentrate on how to build up an outstanding corporate culture. In the not-too-distant future the corporate culture will be a key factor that determines the vicissitude of any corporation. Therefore, managers need to pay direct attention to how to establish and develop a corporate culture which is both suitable and profitable for the corporation. With the current global economic development and globalization, corporations must continuously improve their core-competitiveness and stay energetic, especially in the increasingly connected relationship between the Chinese corporations and the global market.This dissertation carries out studies on the WS printing corporation (hereinafter to be referred as WS Co.), which is a private enterprise that continuously growing with the improving Chinese market circumstances. However, the current WS Co. like majority of private enterprises which use extensive management, has not established modern corporation management. With the ever-increasing competition in the package printing industry, how to transform and continuously develop the corporation has became an urgent problem for WS Co. to solve. After studying and analyzing the current operation of the WS Co. the writer has pointed out that building a people-oriented corporate culture will strengthen the cohesion of corporation, and the corporation management can also be rebuilt through the corporate culture. In the interest of establishing a people-oriented corporate culture, we need to look into and solve the essential problems existing in the corporation. The writer points that the objective for the corporate culture of WS Co. is to establish "learning organization culture, family like environment culture and participation management culture". The core-value of corporate culture are "credibility, integrity, responsibility, solidarity, creativity, productivity and economization", base on the core-value, the writer poses the corresponding strategy, system, the corporate image and also its understanding of this action. In order to effectively establish corporate culture in WS Co. the writer suggests setting up a "corporate culture team", where the team is responsible for the establishment of the corporate culture.The writer believes the establishment of corporate culture is a long lasting project which need to be continuously revisited, and requires all corporation staff to understand and participate in it. This dissertation has the following characteristics:First, Posing that the corporate culture has to include credibility, integrity, solidarity, and economization which the core of the traditional culture, and responsibility, creativity, productivity which is the core of the modern culture, then combine the two cultures to form the corporate culture.Second, Posing that the establishment of corporate culture should has positive actual effect, and the corporation should not only pay attention to building up the value on their staff, but also have to create a systematic value build up program as the establishment plan.
