City Residents On The Cultural Impact Of Tourism Social Perception

Tourism impacts research is the one of major contents of travel geographical research .It is proved that tourism development can cause certain impacts to tourism destination for the economic, social, cultural, environmental etc. It can also cause certain impacts to the local residents. These impacts are possibly positive or negative. It is known that the perception of residents to tourism socio-cultural impacts is correlated with the whole cognitions of residents for tourism and the group residents affiliated. The residents' perception research for tourism impacts is helpful for understanding the residents' attitudes to tourism development and tourism impacts to destination, is helpful for scientific layout and exploiting the local tourism industry.This paper is studied with several subject theories such as social psychology, cultural spread, and tourism geography. Through qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, it is key to have discussed some parts of following contents: Part1. After having analyzed the domestic and international present situation about this research, it have discussed the major theoretical and major method of this research, then have analyzed the residents' perception of tourism socio-culture impacts by psychology theory.Part2. Through analyzing the socio-economic development level, cultural connotation, residents' feature and the present situation of tourism industry development, it is discussed the social presentation of residents to tourism, is compared the tourism development foundation of Ningzhenyang three cities.Part3. This paper is based on the careful investigation to residents and tourists of Ningzhenyang. Combined residents' cognitions to local tourism development and tourists' cognitions to local society and residents, it is analyzed the socio-cultural impacts possibly caused by tourism development to local society. Then it compared the residents' attitude of three cities to tourism development, the positive impacts and negative impacts of tourism to local society and local people.Part4. Through above analysis and discussion, the countermeasure and the principle of the social cultural system of tourism development are discussed for optimizing and adjusting control in Ningzhenyang. All of these offered more feasibility opinion and suggestion for tourism development.
