China is a great country for wheat and wheat flour production and consumption in the world.Under the condition of planned economy, the state department for grain management had made investment for establishing a lot of wheat flour production enterprises of various sizes that locate all over China. With the continuous development of the causes of reform and opening up to the outside world and the establishment of market economy, the economic construction in China has made great achievement. The people's life has made great improvement. The market of consummer goods shifted from shortage to excess. The market competition becomes keener and keener Seeing from the trade of wheat flour production, it is facing the grim situation of excessive capacity of production and intensive competition of trade.Inner Mongolia Dragon Corporation, as a wheat flour producer that had adopted advanced production equipment from abroad, is facing the severe challenge as well.Using the PEST and Bote's five competition strength model and EFE, the article analysed the strategical environment behind Inner Mongolia Dragon Corporation and pointed out its market opportunities and threatens. Using the methods of resource condition analysis, core competition capacity analysis and IEF, the article analysed the strategical ability which Dragon Corporation possessed and its superiority and inferior position are found out. By SWOT model and quantitative strategical decision model, the strategical decision of products innovation of Inner Mongolia Dragon Corporation was defined and as well as its strategical direction of product innovation and possiblities got discussed deeply. Finally, the article puts forward some concrete measures needed by Inner Mongolia Dragon Corporation in the process of implementing the atrategy of product innovation in order to gurantee the effectiveness of the strategy and to continuously promote the enterprise's core ability of compettion, winning a sustainable superiority of competition.
