Beijing Tobacco Companies Of Modern Logistics Management Research

For the purposes of improving the economic benefit of the enterprise and cutting down the logistic cost it incurs, the author of this thesis studies and analyzes the basic theories of logistics and supply chain by applying the methods of theoretical studying and emphatic study. Combining the challenges and development tendencies facing Beijing Tobacco Corporation , the author lays great emphasis on the status quo of the marketing network of this corporation. Then, under the prerequisite of reintegrating enterprise's management systems, the author puts the modern logistic management theory based on the supply chain into the marketing practice of this corporation and hopes to establish a modern logistic system fit for the corporation's development requirement, and then to cut down the logistic cost and to enhance the core competitiveness of this corporation. There are five chapters in this thesis. Chapter I, The research background, purpose and motives of this thesis Chapter II, The reference theories and literatures in this thesis Chapter III, According to the development of the logistic industry, analyse the necessary of modern management on the logistics of Beijing Tobacco. Chapter IV, The most highlight of this thesis. On the base of analysis of the feasibility of Beijing Tobacco management on the logistics, comply with right theory of modern management on logistics, the author put forward a set of projects on logistics center which is suitable for modern development of companies in this line. Chapter V, Conclusion and suggestion. The author thinks that on the day the world modern logistic development changes with each passing day, it is the main trend setting up Beijing Tobacco modern logistics center and enhancing the management on modern logistics. Using the designed model of modern management on the logistics, the author give out special analysis and advice on the questions existing in Beijing Tobacco .
