With the perfecting of market, competition is more and more fierce in every walk of life. Enterprises utilize every kind of ways in order to insure its position. Thereinto human resource management has been the key factor that obtain the advantages in competition and that in modern enterprises performance appraisal is the centre of human resource management, the precondition and gist of human decision-making. As one of an effective management act, it run through all the process of the enterprises management all the time.In this thesis, through investigating the condition of human management of human management service department of company A, the present performance appraisal project is reformed. In detail, the appraisal process is improved, the relationship between the quantitative and qualitative appraisal is balanced, the confirming of appraiser is perfected and the appeal organization and processing system are set up, the thought of "people oriented" is incarnated in deed.The thesis consist of six parts, it is discussed on finding problem, expounding theory, analysis, providing solving project and assuring the project realizing. The performance appraisal of human management service department of company A is analysed and improved by KPI, MBO and 360-degree feedback.According to the property of service centre, through investigating the present problem of performance appraisal in human management service department and use for reference of the successful performance appraisal experiments of the multinational company existing in Dalian, integrating the specialty of human management service, the solving project is provided, it is expected that the project would be helpful on improving performance management, reducing the employee leaving, and supplied a reference for the other company dealing with the business.
