Along with acceleration of global economic integration, more and more enterprises realized that human resources are significant for their development. The performance appraisal as an important part of human resource practices is researching by many enterprises nowadays, including how to learn the advantages and disadvantages of every employee by analyzing objective data in order to allocate employees reasonable and efficiently; to practice performance appraisal in business more scientifically and effectively in order to achieve the strategic targets of the enterprises and a win-win situation for both enterprises and individuals.Liaoning Shijihuayu Cultural Development Co. Ltd is a book issue corporation which issues text books and coaching materials for primary and secondary schools. In recent years, while the corporation became a joint-stock company after reformation, lag of the performance appraisal had brought a lot of problems. Previous performance appraisal methods can not satisfy the development of the corporation, thus the reformation of the performance appraisal is imperative. How to use performance appraisal to improve organizational performance and employee performance scientifically and effectively means realistic significance to the development of the corporation.On the other hand, Along with the social progress and the deepening of the reformation, more and more public institutions and state own enterprises faces transformation and reformation problems. Now the performance appraisal study to the transformed enterprises is absent, to find out and correct the problems of the performance appraisal in such enterprises is a vital task.Combining with Liaoning Shijihuayu Cultural Development Co. Ltd's situation, through document analysis method, questionnaire method, discusses the method of system etc current performance appraisal methods are analyzed. problems are found. the reasons are studied deeply and comprehensively. Then current performance appraisal methods are improved, more detailed and reasonable performance appraisal schemes are proposed, to enhance the scientific and rationality of the performance appraisal, achieve the strategic target of the corporation and a win-win situation for both enterprises and individuals.
