| 21century is a new economic era that is mostly consist of talent,knowledge,information. As the first resource, human resource is the main source of enterprise core competitiveness. As the backbone of enterprise, middle managers take on an important role in improving the operating performance and enhancing the enterprise’s core competitiveness. Therefore, changing the old unreasonable performance appraisal system, building a set of scientific middle managers performance appraisal index system, so as to appraise the performance of middle managers objectively and fairly, and use the appraise result properly to make scientific human resource management decisions, has important practical significance.This Paper takes Northeast Regional Administrations the research object, according to the logic thinking route of coming up with questions, analyzing the problems, and solving the problems, using the statistics analysis and the empirical study method to identify and analyze the problems of current performance appraisal system in Northeast Regional Administration. After reviewing the related theory of performance evaluation, we adopt the combination of qualitative and quantitative research approach, guide by360-degree performance appraisal method, and combine with the features of this company to make the index selection and weigh each of them, then we adopt three stages of evaluation to designs scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system of middle managers adapting to the development of Northeast Regional Administration.This paper tries to reconstruct the performance appraisal system of middle managers in order to achieve objective and fair assessment of the performance, encouraging middle managers to improve themselves continually, improve performance, and promote Northeast Administration Regional to enhance overall performance. |
