Highway Performance Management Research

This paper is based on performance management theory, studied freeway management. Make use of basic concept, it analyzed the problems in freeway management and concluded the oversea freeway management mode.Base on the aim of freeway performance management, this paper established freeway performance management system structure, operational mechanism and evaluate system. In order to realize the aim of freeway performance management, the paper put forward a few suggestions.The research paper can be a positive role for the development of freeway management in near future as well as valuable reference for transportation.
